History

Originally established as PT. Global City Service in 1999 in Jakarta, the company started as a real estate agency and consultancy, focusing on popular and attractive areas in and around Jakarta and Bali. Thanks to progressive growth and high demand and to reflect the growing number of services and activities, our company made a transition, changed its name to PT. GISP in 2007 and is now our holding.

Property, in this case, refers to land as well as houses, guest houses, condominiums, apartments and holiday family villas in and around Jakarta, Bali and Yogyakarta. Target group: expatriates, retirees and other individuals moving to Jakarta, Bali, Yogyakarta and their suburbs.

Realizing the ever growing demand in the housing market, Mrs. Intan founded and has nurtured the company to the renowned brand that it is in the Real Estate today. Her dynamic leadership and strong vision reflect her skills in driving business into a success.

Having degrees in Business Administration and Public Relations she could use her knowledge to expand the company into several different directions. Mrs. Intan also founded the MAI Institute. It acts as a charity and fund raising platform collaborating with different European partner institutes. The main goal is to enhance the educational systems on all levels giving Indonesia and its talents a brighter future.

She loves to travel and to share her experiences with other young female entrepreneurs.
