The Mandar Bay Resort Company envisions an Exclusive Up-market resort type facility offering first class accomodation and facilities with an Indonesian flavor. Facilities will include Marina's, Swimming pools, "Pinisi" Sailing Ships, with annual Pinisi Regattas, Diving Boats, Deep Sea Fishing Beasts and other water based activities supported by Restaurants, Health & Spa Beauty Parlors.
In order to maintain the Indonesian Sulawesi flavor, the project access to the site can be accomplished from Makasar by "Pinisi" Vessel with Cruise forming part of the Experience. For Clients More in need of speed the resort can also be reached air ( Land or Seaplane) or by road.
The Mandar Bay Resort Company has secured the land for the project and has been granted development licenses by Indonesian Authorities secured. Funding for the project is raised from commercial sources private equity investment and from the pre sale.
